Racine Verte was born from a deep passion for nature, traditions, and the magic of Christmas. It all started with a simple idea: to give families the opportunity to experience a true Christmas, gathered around an authentic tree, without compromising on quality or simplicity.

Each year, we carefully select our trees from sustainable plantations where each cut tree is replaced by a new one. This is our way of celebrating Christmas while respecting the earth that nourishes us.

Over time, Racine Verte has become much more than just a delivery service; it’s a promise. A promise to bring into every home a touch of childhood emotion, the scent of the forest, and the joy of decorating together.

At Racine Verte, we look to the future with the same enthusiasm as a Christmas morning. Our ambition is to go even further in our ecological commitment and the quality of our services.

We are working to develop new local plantations, closer to our customers, in order to reduce our carbon footprint and ensure fresher Christmas trees. We also aim to establish a recycling and replanting programme, allowing each family to breathe new life into their tree after the festivities.

In the medium term, we plan to expand our range with natural and sustainable decorations made from recycled materials, as well as ready-to-use decoration kits to simplify holiday preparations.

Every project we undertake is aimed at preserving nature, simplifying your experience, and making Christmas more beautiful, greener, and more responsible.

At Racine Verte, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item*, we’re happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase and the product is in a resellable condition.

A credit note or exchange may be offered for items purchased on sale.

For reasons of freshness and hygiene, natural Christmas trees cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
